Volunteers

This event takes many hands to happen! There are many ways you can help in small or large ways, including set-up, preparing silent auction baskets, manning a kid activity, being a bingo caller, and more!

Donations

Silent Auction: we are looking for NEW items only. You can bring in items or create your own themed basket!

Farmer's Market: salsas, jams, etc. Closer to the Festival, we will be collecting donations of fresh produce!

Bingo: $5 gift cards or $5 cash for prizes.

You can drop off donations at either location (call ahead to make sure someone is available at the church) beginning mid-July. We will also have baskets out at each location for you to drop off any donations after Mass.

Bean Bag Tournament Sign-Up (must be 14 and older)

Gaga Ball Tournament Sign-Up (must be 18 and under)
