Youth Ministry Mission Statement

To inspire youth to develop their relationship with Jesus Christ & empower discipleship through prayer, service, & community.

KIDS FOR CHRIST

Kids for Christ is a youth group for kids in 3-5 grades and meets roughly 6 times throughout the school year right after school. We focus on service projects and prayer... and fun! We want our youth to learn to love coming to youth group from a young age!

Adult leaders pick the kids up after school and walk them over to the youth house.

Meeting Dates:

May 8 (Big Lake) - End of the Year BBQ for all youth groups

Special Event: Stations of the Cross - February 23 (Big Lake)

We will provide supper at 6pm and then lead Stations at 7pm. Let Nick know if you are available to help!

U-JAM

U-JAM is a youth group for Middle Schoolers and meets 1-2 times per month from 6:30-8pm, rotating locations. We focus on service projects and prayer... and fun!

YOUTH FOR TRUTH

Youth for Truth is a youth group for High Schoolers and meets roughly 3 times per month from 8-9:30pm, rotating locations. We focus on service projects and prayer... and fun!

YOUTH LEADERSHIP TEAM

Our youth leadership team consists of 11th & 12th graders who desire more leadership opportunities in the parish & diocese. We meet on the first Sunday of the month to plan youth ministry activities at 8pm at the Becker location.

END OF THE YEAR BBQ

Wednesday, May 8 from 6-8 pm in Big Lake

WEATHER POLICY: We will follow what the schools decide to do. If they decide to close early or move to e-learning, we will also cancel any Youth Ministry activities for the evening.

You can drop these donations off at either location at any time when the parish offices are open or before/during youth group!
